South Miami Location is PUMPIN!

A few months ago we moved into a new location in South Miami. We are located at 6600 SW 62 ave, Miami, FL 33143 right next to the Community Newspaper. We have more mat space, we’ve added the 6pm time slot and we are doing our patented 28 Day Flat Belly Formula program. Let’s just say, it’s on! Or it’s off with the fat.

Synergize Boot Camp opened its new location in South Miami with more power and enthusiasm than ever!  If you’ve ever taken a boot camp class or spoken to the trainers at Synergize Fitness, you’d think we wouldn’t have more energy than what we already show – WRONG!  Every day brings a new ball of passionate and purposeful energy to make a change in someone’s life here at Synergize Fitness – and adding a new South Miami location ignited more fire to our desire to help others in health, fitness and beyond.  We would like to deeply thank from the bottom of our hearts, everyone that supported not just a grand opening, but the mission behind Synergize to help others find their passion, determination and will to conquer and accomplish anything you set your mind too.

Now that the ribbon has been cut at South Miami, it’s time to let the fun begin! Our entire boot camp has been re-located to our new indoor facility at South Miami so we look forward to seeing our current and new boot campers in our wonderful new space. Invite  friends and family to try a free class in our awesome venue at 7000 SW 62nd Ave., Suite 120.

Coconut Grove Merges with South Miami

Hey beautiful Campers,

Please read this without thinking it’s an April Fool’s joke. In light of recent events and April showers coming we are completely relocating the Synergize Boot Camp out of the Coconut Grove location and into our new South Miami location.

Basically, we have been in violation of occupancy and fire ordinances because we run such a kick ass boot camp that you guys have filled up with your friends and family. Since that is the case, we are moving to the larger and in door facility that is a few city blocks down the road so we can actually continue to expand at the current pace we are on.

The times and days are posted here on the website so if you have any questions please look at the FAQ and the scheduling first. Then reach out to Dana, Alex or myself with questions. Please note: Thursday March 31st, 2011 was our last class in Coconut Grove. From April 2nd, 2011 forward our boot camps are being run in our South Miami locations. Thank you!!!
